Most Las Vegas venues make you choose: a sit-down dinner somewhere quiet, then a separate cover charge and a line for the music. Sivas Vegas puts both in one room. Our dining room and lounge at 4850 W Flamingo Rd #31, Las Vegas, NV 89103 serves full Turkish and Mediterranean dinner while a live band, a DJ or a belly dancer performs a few feet away — no ticket, no cover, and free on-site parking you will not find on Las Vegas Boulevard.
We are near Flamingo and Decatur, about five minutes by car from Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Aria, the Palms, Wynn and Resorts World — and an easy ride from Chinatown, Spring Valley and Summerlin. Locals come on weeknights; visitors come the night they want something that does not feel like a resort.
What You'll Eat
The kitchen is charcoal-grill first: adana and iskender kebabs, marinated lamb chops, fresh pide from the oven, warm mezze made to share, and baklava with Turkish coffee to finish. Everything is halal-friendly, and the full bar pours craft and dry-ice cocktails, Turkish wine and raki. Browse the food menu and the drinks list before you book.
