Our four house specials are the order if it's your first visit. The Lychee & Rose ($18) is a vodka cocktail with lychee, rose, lemon, and egg white — silky, floral, dangerously easy. The Smoked Old Fashioned ($19) is brown-buttered Bulleit bourbon with orange-infused syrup and angostura, finished tableside under a glass smoke dome. Our Espresso Martini ($18) uses coffee-bean-infused vodka, coffee liqueur, and fresh-pulled espresso — among the most-ordered drinks on the menu. Purple Magic ($18) is a lavender-and-thyme-infused gin martini with elderflower and egg white.
Beer, Wine & Bottle Service
Bottled beer runs from Corona, Modelo, Stella, Bud Light, and Michelob Ultra to Guinness Stout and Elysian Space Dust IPA. By the glass we pour Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Moscato, Champagne, and Prosecco. For groups and bottle service, ask about our shot trays — Don Julio Reposado, Avion 44 Extra Añejo, Hennessy VS, Grey Goose, Crown Royal, and Green Tea shots in 6- or 12-shot rounds.
Happy Hour & Late-Night Lounge
Daily Happy Hour 3PM–6PM is one of the best deals near the Strip — $5 beers, $6 wines, $7 well spirits, $11 special cocktails, and $16 Sivas signatures, with $15 mezze trio and 20% off flatbreads and burgers. After dark, we transition into a 21+ lounge with weekly entertainment: Cuban Night Thursdays at 9 PM with a live band; Hip Hop Night Fridays 9:30 PM to 3 AM; Middle Eastern Night Saturdays at 9 PM with a live singer and belly dancer show; Hip Hop Night Sundays 5 PM to 11 PM. Pair drinks with our Mediterranean food menu.

Sivas Vegas brews authentic Turkish coffee the traditional way — finely ground, slow-cooked in a copper cezve, and served unfiltered with the foam on top. It pairs perfectly with our Turkish breakfast spread, baklava, or the end of any kebab dinner. We also pour a full pot of Turkish tea (çay), served the proper Turkish way in tulip-shaped glasses — bottomless refills on request.
