Table reservations are made through our booking partner, SevenRooms. When you book a table, your reservation is subject to SevenRooms' own terms and policies in addition to these terms. If you need to change or cancel a reservation, please do so through SevenRooms or call us at (702) 489-5188.

Sivas Vegas is a 21 and over establishment at all times. All guests must be 21 or older and present valid government-issued photo ID to dine with us. No guests under 21 are admitted.

Menu items, prices, hours of operation, and entertainment events can change without notice. We do our best to keep this website current, but the information here may not always reflect the latest changes. Please call ahead to confirm details for your visit.
